Three O'clock

late night brooding—
thick clouds echo the town lights

oh, give me moonlight,

silver-black trees, a blue hare
flying across the wild field

  1. Oh, me, too!!!! Just lovely. A blue hare in a wild field. We have a little brown bunny in our yard. And a resident squirrel we have just discovered and begun feeding - he was after the birdseed bin but there isnt much in there heart enough for him.

  2. Little brown bunnies are good too!

  3. Where is it not man in the moon but Hare in the moon? India? England? The images in your words move me.

Thanks for the comment. The moon is so powerful. China has a hare in the moon
